I've been vegan since 2008. I don't actually have any vegan friends in London so it'd be great to meet a few new people. I live off Old Street, and work in Publishing.
I'm not sure how to measure this. I only eat vegan food, wear vegan clothes (and vegan food too I guess when I'm being especially careless) and buy vegan toileteries etc. Is that *very vegan*? Or only slightly vegan? Confused. I do buy things from places that aren't 100% vegan.
Plants. Definitely, I like plants. In fact I love everything when it comes to food except I think peppermint essence. I'm not a massive fan of fake meaty or dairy things or cactus fruit (which taste fine but are a pain to eat). I especially like things with chillis, coconut, chestnuts, ginger, lime, broccoli, okra or leeks. Curry, Lebanese, Ethiopian or Japanese are the best restaurant foods probably, but I mostly prefer simple home-cooked type dishes.
Manna is good at the moment I think. I live near where Saf was and am sad it's gone but raw food is better in the summer. I always enjoy VitaO. I miss the bus the most. That was the best. I also have been very impressed by Vanilla Black.
I get the one about protein the most. Yawn.
To meet some good people!
