Other than not reading the back of packets and contemplating giving up cheese, i am still on my journey. Most of the indian food, being indian is vegan. Just had a share your lunch party at work on sunday, and everyone loved my japattas, coconut & cinnamon brown lentils and spicy red lentils, home made indian lemon pickle.
Tofu, with fresh cut ginger and soya sauce. refreshing cold and so tasty. Pakoras, made my way.
