Artichokes, asparagus; roast potatoes & general roast veg; pasta (sometimes with a bit of Marmite &/or a dash of Lemonchello along with usual tomato sauce/veg mix; I like experimenting, e.g. using coconut sachets sometimes as a vegan pesto base, & just throwing whatever I fancy in there, like cayenne pepper, fruit juice, etc, etc.) Love Booja Booja & my mum makes a yummy melted chocolate thing with digestive biscuits, nuts & glace cherries for special occasions :) I love most food really, as long as it's Vegan!! Haha!
I have been to many of the Vegan Tai Veg Buffet places, etc, but became aware/weary after so many years, of MSG; I think some places did, some didn't use it. I recently saw a promising sign, the Islington one has a sign saying 'No MSG'; but sadly, I can confirm this branch now has meat on the buffet! Sad, that was a nice restaurant & local to me! :( Years ago, we went to Country Life (now long since closed down), & Vita Organic, when it was based in Finchley Road; I finally visited their new Wardour Street Vitao & it was lovely! :) I've been to Inspiral Cafe; haven't eaten there yet, but one day.....but I've enjoyed a pint of Freedom Beer! (Organic Vegan, very drinkable & you don't get that drunk either, even after a couple of pints!)
''...What do you eat?..'' My usual response, well I eat anything, just not meat/fish/dairy/eggs/honey!! People are strange; I love food, I enjoy cooking, etc, etc.
To meet like minded people & have a good time :) & I would highly recommend this group to anyone; I've been a member since March 2012 & I had a really lovely year!! I now have so many lovely new friends; & I look forward to meeting more like minded people in 2013!! :)

Hi Jess, thanks for the greeting! I only realised when I looked at your profile that I think we were briefly introduced last Sunday at the Cakefest in Archway?? That was my first proper meetup although I did tag along with a friend to Vegan Drinks before. I'm not sure what my next meetup will be, I can't make it this weekend, but look forward to meeting you properly soon!! I hope to make the Brixton walkabout ...
Thanks for the sweet message, Jess. I hope to see you soon! xx
Hi Jessica, thank you for the warm welcome. I'm still a little confused about how the website works but I most definitely want to join you for the potluck on wednesday, I'll figure out how to rsvp and I'll hopefully see you there! :) xx
