Introduction

Hi, I'm an avid reader and new to living in this crowded city, also a Vegetarian and wannabe Vegan.

What's your state of veganness (i.e. how vegan are you)?

Well, we have silkie chickens living in our garden, but they have not produced eggs yet. However as soon as one comes, if they ever do, we will probably eat the eggs, also I have a susceptibility to sheep's cheese. So a purist would say not vegan at all...

Favourite foods?

Avacado, asparagus, sesame seeds

Favourite London restaurants?

Don't know London as yet.

What is the most common or silliest thing people ask you about not eating meat?

An old boss once said Vegetarians are more likely to be gay, maybe it was a personal question about me or he meant gay as in happy...

What do you hope to get by coming to meetups?

To make friends in London that are not books, to make friends with vegan superpowers (see the film, 'Scott Pilgrim and the 7 evil exs' for more information).
