I've been going through various phases over the years (swinging between vegan and non-vegan) but for the last few months I've been consistently vegan and would really like to stay that way.
Really Good Tofu - in a Ginger and Spring Onion sauce. Sometimes however, I'll indulge myself with some Silken Tofu saturated with Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Ginger, Caramel and Golden Syrup.

Why don't you eat meat? :-)
I think that being around people who are vegans will be very supportive in my attempt to stay that way.
