Introduction

Three years vegan. Aside from veganism I like running, playing football, reading (currently reading The Long Firm and The Slave Trade), cooking & baking.

What's your state of veganness (i.e. how vegan are you)?

Very.

Favourite foods?

Baked beans, blueberries, smoked tofu, olives, sweet potato, cherries, dates, mango etc...

Favourite London restaurants?

Mildreds, The Grocery in Shoreditch (it does a great vegan breakfast), The Gallery Cafe, Tibbits, Ruby Tuesdays of London and Ms Cupcake.

What is the most common or silliest thing people ask you about not eating meat?

What do I eat? Why? Don't you miss bacon?

What do you hope to get by coming to meetups?

To meet fellow vegans and to find some new places to eat.

glad i didn't have the indian food then as i can't take real spicy food. yeah i met a lot of nice people and spoke to many people i'd already met before. rsvp'd to vegan drinks on the 19th so maybe see you there, lewis.

nice meeting you in real life :) last night was fun, eh? a bit overcrowded but good to see so many hopeful vegetarians in one place! what did you think of the pizza? i'm thinking the first event's pizza was nicer but maybe karma free felt a bit rushed with the high demand!

no worries -- didn't make it to vegan drinks on thursday; was it fun? going to the singles night on saturday with a girl i met at the last vegan drinks i went to so that should be fun -- can't wait for pizza :) your photo sorta reminds me of the singer travis of gym class heros, just a bit!

Will definitely be going back to Tibits and may go to the Pot Luck on the 4th of July to celebrate my b-day vegan style! Lol! I’ve just posted 2 events I’ll be going to on the Dulwich Vegans Facebook Page, one is organised here on Meet Up and the other is through Thames21, if you can you’re more than welcome to come along.
