Introduction
I'm a vegan who goes on demos and marches in London, and beyond, when I can. I am interested in all areas of animal rights, and share my life with three rescued companions. Oh, and I'm an occasional insomniac!

Haven't been to loads... I really like Vantra and Inspiral. Outside London, Aloka in Brighton gets my vote.
What is the most common or silliest thing people ask you about not eating meat?
'Don't you think the planet would be overrun by animals if we didn't eat them?'
What do you hope to get by coming to meetups?
