I eat Vegan food whenever I can, 90+% of the time. I travel for work and do not always have complete control of what is on the menu. I eat fish occasionally.
Raspberries, Italian vegetable mixes, raw fruits & vegetables of all kinds, broccoli & cauliflower (really!), light (not oily) vegetable curries, dark chocolate and raw cacao beans & cacao nibs.

People don't ask nearly as many questions as they did ten years ago. Vegetarianism seems to be much more accepted & understood than it was then. My brother & sister-in-law used to tease me about being vegetarian. I gave them a copy of The China Study several years ago and they became Vegan themselves! Now they are more strict about it even than I am.
Meet more people who eat and think and feel like I do.
