i am now a complete vegan, actually I am currently a raw vegan and my diet consists of mainly fuit and some vegetables i feel this benefits my health and well being the greatest.
mangos, bananas, dates, passion fruits, nectarines, oranges, melons and strawberries are my favourite fruits and anyhting else i am biologically designed to eat.

where do i get my protien from. I am personal trainer who is 6 foot 4 inches and weighs 16 stones and they think because i am vegan i am deprived of protein.
i think it would be great to meet other vegans to share their thoughts and mine about a wide range of topics and meet people in general.
i am quite new to living life as a vegan i went from being a big meat eater to being a raw vegan for several reasons apart from the health benefits and to end my particpation in the cruelty of animals. looking to meet other vegans.
