A pescatarian since 2007, a vegetarian since 2011, and now a proud vegan as of 2012! The first vegan shop I visited was Ms Cupcake in Brixton, followed by Vegan Cross in Kings Cross, home of the Secret Society Of Vegans.
Very vegan; no honey for this tummy!
Vegusto aromatic cheese, and Wheaty chorizo spacebar.
Vgango in Battersea is a brilliant quick-stop food shop. Spent a relaxing evening at Pogo Cafe in Hackney drinking a mochaccino. InSpiral in Camden was a big step for me, as the food there was vegan to the core, but I left nothing to waste. My adventures in vegan eating continues...
"Why don't you eat meat? God made animals for us to eat!", to which I reply "Really! So, why do slaughterhouses look like hell?".
Meeting like-minded people and sharing ideas that will help promote veganism on a mass scale.

Firming is just to give the tofu a different texture. I buy the same one, and sometimes its like mush. Why did you have no choice other than becoming a vegan if you don't mind me asking.
Thanks for the welcome. I'm having trouble firming my tofu. I've watched a couple videos online have you got any other tips or even if you could recommend what type of kitchen towel you use when drying it out?
