How vegan am I? Hmmmm, well.... Pretty vegan I guess. I wear wool and leather as long as it's second hand.
Sprouts, figs, chillies, homemade kimchi, my lovely daikon pickles, olives, miso on/in everything, momos, lovely japanese things, I'm getting really good at kombucha at the moment as well,
But you must secretly eat meat right?
I know two other vegans - my lovely ex and my very distant friend. I spend so much time defending my diet choice to people it would be nice to talk about how amazing it is and share recipes and ideas for once.
I live In Stoke Newington, been an on-off vegan for 10 years, but for real this time for 3. I am a massive foodie and love to cook-a lot. My new 'phase' is fermenting things, everything, all things, it is so much fun.
