I joined this group to meet interesting like-minded people, have fun, get/share information and, of course, eat wonderful vegan food! :) FYI: I'm NOT going to leaveee!
AVAP (As Vegan As Possible) in terms of food, drinks, clothing, ... I try to avoid all animal-products when I can. Vegan since about 2 1/2 years now. To say it with the words of an enemy: "I'm loving it!".
Currys, pumpkin soups, use-whats-available-in-the-houshold-and-mix-it-all-together-as-tasty-as-possible foods, hot things (Sorry Tabasco, you are not hot)
Pogo Café, 222
They're mostly playing logical-fallacy-bingo: Humans eat meat since all-times. Why don't you? Haven't scientists proven, a plant-based diet leads to malnourishment? What can you eat at all? Actually not a question, but still good: Plants feel pain too, you shouldn't eat them.
I hope it's about sharing (not just getting). I hope to meet vegans, who can point me to the right directions. I imagine it being quite hard coming to a foreign country and go shopping without knowing the pitfalls of ingridient-lists. So I hope to find someone willing to take me by the hand and go "shopping" with me. I also hope to have proper fun. :)

Hi Sebastian!
Thanks for the photos and videos Jess sent me of her birthday which you took! Fun memories! Oh, I haven't tried the 'coconut circum.... ci.... no....circumfer
ence' trick yet but it should be interesting!
Nice meeting you. We had some great laughs... Take care, Christine

Thanks for making my London Trip a blast!
You are the best!
lovely photos from the Brixton meetup -- your camera is high-tech! i like how the foreground is crystal clear and the background is blurry. my camera definitely doesn't do this! now vegan meetup has two official photographers :o)
Hi
Was in Berlin last year and my friend I stayed there with was originally from Dresden so we have 2 things, at least, in common already :-)
thanks for the pictures sebastien, they are really good!!
Lovely to chat to you at Vegetarian meetup-about Dresden etc. The Steampunk event i went to was called Vampyre Villians vs Steampunk Slayers.
check it out on FB. people with interesting clothes at this event.
oh yeah i do see now i'm so far your only legitimate greeter. that first message doesn't really count! i didn't realise the vegetarian meetup group meets at tibits too -- i bet vegans were there first! :) i'm starting to feel slightly territorial actually... i see you've rsvp'd already so you're going either way. i'll probably go too - let's call it a 95% chance i'll be there, k? shall i text you friday afternoon if i can't make it? what form will my 'credit' come in, then?
ha ha it's about time somebody posted a greeting for me on my page! no messages since early september -- how unfortunate! :p i see i'll be greeting number 3 on your page but you're a newbie anyways. so, yeah i'll take credit this time for keeping a watchful sober eye out for the others but next time i'll have myself a pint or two so someone will have to mind the nearby stairs for me! maybe it'll be your turn next, sebastian :)
i was slightly cautious around those stairs, telling one of the others that dancing next to stairs didn't seem the safest thing to be doing! however, i'd only had orange juice and green tea so sobriety made it a bit safer, i think.
