I am vegan and always trying to be a better vegan! Work in progress...
Farmers’ market fresh kale, spinach, sorrel, tomatoes, mushrooms; spicy marinated tempeh; my own tofu scramble; cookies/cakes; pizza; nut butters; falafels; all roast veg; all Indian food; hummous; cheezy kale chips and peanut butter torte (thanks inSpiral!)....really what don’t I like??
I like to eat most places that are vegan friendly...
Then what do you eat? How do you get your (protein) (nutrients) etc.?
Don’t know any vegans (!) and would love to meet some like-minded people!!
