Introduction

I've been vegan since Aug 2012..and am yet to meet anyone else that's vegan!! :o I love yoga, meditation, spirituality and hugging trees. I'm trying my best to follow an eco-friendly compassionate way of life. Peace & Love xxx

What's your state of veganness (i.e. how vegan are you)?

Very Vegan! - diet, clothing, beauty, household products, lifestyle. *disclaimer - I only buy vegan clothing and I've chucked out virtually all of my leather, suede and wool garments..except for a few pieces which I can't yet afford to replace!*

Favourite foods?

Lots! Thai cuisine. I have a weakness for peanut butter and ginger nut biscuits, woops, ...apart from that my diet is pretty damn healthy.

Favourite London restaurants?

Wild food cafe. The real greek (as it has vegan symbols on it's menus). I haven't been in London very long to try many out!! ... Not in London, but my favourite restaurant has to be Iydea in Brighton..its veggie/vegan and has lots of gf options, check it out!

What is the most common or silliest thing people ask you about not eating meat?

I often hear "but cows like giving us their milk", and of course the infamous "what can you actually eat?!".

What do you hope to get by coming to meetups?

I'm yet to meet anyone that's vegan!! It would be nice to socialise and make friends with people that share similar values to mine.
