I've been a vegetarian since the age of 9, and I am now almost 18. I am successfully making the transition into vegan and feel so good doing it. I care too much for animals to be able to continue consuming meat and dairy products.

Where do you get your protein?? DRIVES ME INSANE!
I hope to meet many people who share the same views as myself. I find it utterly frustrating to be told time and time again that animals are on this world to be eaten, and that it's healthier, and that I don't get enough protein and calcium from a plant based diet. When I know that I in fact take in sooo much of it. It would so much love to share things with people who's main aim is not to undermine me in every single way.
Hi I'm Sophie. I've recently turned vegan from my already vegetarian lifestyle. I no longer want to support the torture and abuse of animals simply because I want egg on my toast in the morning. It definitely isn't worth it!!
