I've been plant based for 4 years for health reasons.
champagne (on very very special occasions of course!)
don't eat out much because its ridiculously expensive, portions are minute and you have no idea what is in a dish. Usually just go to Wholemeal in Streatham as I've been going there since I came to London in '82 and it's convenient. Getting a bit bored with the vegan option there though - I think it's been the same dish the last 3 visits - must branch out. They don't often ask but I was asked <b>by a vegetarian</b> at work if I was sure I got enough protein!
I'd like to share meals and cooking tips with other vegans and broaden my culinary repertoire. Also love opera so if anyone is interested in going sometime please let me know.
