I use to eat once or max 2 times a week meat, cause I trying to eat healthier and avoiding meat. However as I suffer anaemia it makes the challenge more difficult.

What s the point of not eating meat? They thing I m not able to enjoy food and aim at getting slim.
I want to learn more about this lifestyle and how to get energy for all day and never lack vitamins . Vegan people care about health and nature, they are more sensitive about health and environment issues. And use to be interested by organic products.
