Been vegan 20 years. It's easy. So easy I decided to spend the rest of my life helping other people to find out how easy it is too.
Just read the menu for any of our 25 gorgeous vegan restaurants in London, we are so spoiled. Anything except rhubarb, fennel or celery, urg.
inSpiral Lounge, Beatroot, Vantra, 222, and now that Tibits has proper vegan desserts it joins the list.
Non-vegan friends and relatives no longer make sarcastic comments or worry about me, instead they acknowledge it's good to be vegan or say they're eating less meat these days. We've come a long way.
