Welcome to your local Free Meditation Meet-Up.
Hope you enjoy it! We’ll look forward to seeing you soon – perhaps next Thursday?
Hi Dave, welcome to the group. Glad to have you with us! We meet every Saturday at 9.30am and Sunday at 10.30am. I recommend you bring some water with you. You can leave your bag, but because there is a parking fee for the car where we keep the bags, we ask for a 40p donation towards the cost. The meet up itself is FREE, all we ask is that you try your best and make lots of friends. See you soon!
Thank you for joining our Running Bootcamp, we are excited to have you with us. In case you haven't already, to gain the full benefits of joining our group, including being up to date with our social calendar and useful running tips, please join our main group as well. It's really the hub of all we do and you will find out much more information about what we are like and do. See you soon!
Hi Dave, Join us in a new exciting open presentation Feb 1st which a highly energetically experienced couple will animate. U will be able to explore what gets in the way of manifesting peace and consciousness within ourselves - recognising energetic systems we are often times unconsciously operating within & how to transform those systems so that their expansion can be support for expressing our deep, conscious self :) Lena http://www.meetup.com/Building-Peace-...
