As group meetings are generally over-subscribed, it's not fair to your fellow members to RSVP 'Yes' and then fail to show-up - as you then prevent someone else attending. For this reason, we ask that you change your RSVP to a 'No' if you find you cannot make it. The latest time you can do this is 10am on the day of the meeting.
If you no-show, you will be suspended from the group for a month. If you no-show a second time, you will be permanently removed from the group.
