Hello Everyone
I have decided to step down as Organiser of the London Writers Cafe as I want to concentrate on my Theatre work and writing. So this will be my last meetup!
However, your new organiser will be Guy, who will be taking over from December and will whip you all into shape. He will be just brilliant!
So, lets have a good old pre-christmas do on Thursday 29th November at the Carpenters Arms at 7pm. We have a room upstairs just for us!
The subject for you all is 'What I hate about Christmas' (How festive).....I want to hear about your christmas nightmares, throwing mince pies at your granny and the time you showed your knickers at the office party! You've all done it......
This can be in a poem, short story or perhaps a song! Anything you like. Remember, you don't have to bring any work with you at all, just come along and hang out with us and listen to what others have written!
IMPORTANT - PLEASE KEEP THE WORD COUNT TO A MAXIMUM OF 500 WORDS!!
Our evenings are always followed by much socialising and many trips to the bar, so please come and join us.
I look forward to seeing you all there!
