I'm currently writing a novel about identity and the journey to finding out who you are. Three young, twenty-somethings in an entwining story set in London. One character has no identity, and tries to assume the identity of those around her. One character has things that make up her identity, which she is unwilling to face or accept. The final character is discovering his identity but at a destructive cost to those around him. I am also interested in writing a short play for pub theater soon and doing a few more projects, although the novel is my main focus. I'd really like to meet other writers and people following a similar path to me. It can be a very lonely process, writing, full of self doubt and worry, most of my friends are doing the nine to five thing and its hard for me to relate sometimes. I also miss having a network of good writers to do instant feedback with, as I did on my Masters.
As I said before, I'm just looking to meet like-minded people that I can talk about writing with! And people I trust, who may be able to give me feedback on my work. I'm also interested in reading other people's work too and offering my feedback, if they would like it.

I googled "London Writing Groups" and liked what I read on the website.

I'm Alice, I have an English Lit and Creative Writing Degree, a Masters in Script Writing and I'm just finishing the 1st draft of my first novel (I'm VERY hyped up about this!) I pay the bills with a hideous shop job but I still really enjoy London.
