Introduction
I've been writing stories since I was six but have only recently decided to get serious about the craft. I have written a few short stories but would like to pursue a novel. I am hoping to meet some other writers and talk about the process.
What would you like to get out of the group?

What do you most like to write? Novels? Short stories? Poetry?
Short Stories in the first person... exploring how the mind works, for better or for worse... prose with an emphasis on character instead of plot (though if something actually happens, that's a bonus!)

"The beauty in the picture is my Bearded Collie Ella. I teach cooking for a living in Southwest London... but am hoping that in ten years time I will be writing for a living."
