Which form of fiction are you writing - or why would you like to join us?

I've had a fiction work on the go for about three years on and off but find it very difficult to stick to it. I joined a writing group a year or so ago but got the distinct feeling that because my work is (meant to be) humorous, the other members were very sniffy about it. So I left. I can take criticism. It would be pointless to turn up and have everyone say it's all marvellous. That's not the way to improve. I hope that joining a less pretentious group of people will motivate me.

What kind of writing support are you looking for?

It would be useful to find out how others work, get inspired, get motivated and learn to enjoy writing again.

Which sort of writing events are you looking for?

Hello. I'm an copywriter and trained as an actress and am dabbling with making a return to theatre after a break of several years. I've been working as a copywriter for many years and also do Voiceovers (when my agent remembers I exist).
