What are you writing - or why would you like to join us?

I'm one book down. The Axe and Grindstone is the story of a man who discovers a world where screams are holy - and has three days to save it. Whilst that gathers dust, I've started work on book two - a young adult novel provisionally called The Armies of Joy. It's about a teenager who discovers he's the only thing that stands in between the world and a vengeful god who breathes the last gasps of men. Happy times.

What type of writing support are you looking for?

I'd like to get to know people who just trundle along trying to finish writing whilst doing other odds and sods. Who can tell me to keep going and not give up, just because I contradict plot points in three concurrent chapters...

What sort of writing events do you want to attend?

Hi, I'm Paul, I'm a random thirty something who feels guilty for not writing more. So I drink wine. That helps.
