I've managed to complete two novels over the past few years, both aimed at young adults. One I got bound up so friends and family could read it and provide me with feedback. The second I used to try and attract an agent, but without success. Having laid the project to rest I then discovered FeedARead.com and have now embarked on a mission to promote it locally. I have aspirations to go out and encourage young people to get writing and to inspire creativity in general.
To find out how other people approach writing, why they write and to receive feedback on my own work.
I can't remember how I came across LWC, but Google is a good bet. I have been a member for quite a long time but when I joined it seemed like all the sessions were on Monday's, when I have other commitments. Fortunately that seems to have changed now, so it's time to get stuck in!

I write because I love sharing stories. I also write to help rationalise and organise my thoughts and views on the world. It would be great to make a career out of it, but right now I'm happy just to share my ideas and inspire others.
So far a very interesting forum to be part of. Will definitely return for more.
