Jessica is currently a Samadhi meditation teacher at Break The Norms. She has been a vegetarian for last 10 years and is passionate about compassion for animals. Jessica has always had a thirst for spirituality and an affinity for Truth. In her own words; "I have scoured the Internet, read countless books, attended seminars, signed up for classes...everything! But then I realized that the answers have to come from within myself."
Her spiritual journey has been hard and even painful, at times, but totally worth it. Jessica is a free-thinker, who questions everything. She prefers to live her life wide awake instead of sleep-walking and following the herd. She is crazy about her animals which include three cats and two dogs.
Jessica began on the path of meditation a few years back and is now currently serving the people at Break The Norms in helping them realize the Light within themselves.
If you can't find her teaching meditation, she's probably hiking with her dogs or listening to Sanskrit mantra chants on YouTube!

Jessica leads meditation every Tuesday night at 7:00pm and every Saturday morning at 10:30am, using a crystal Tibetan singing bowl. After the meditation there is a discussion, ranging from a variety of topics in the realm of meditation and spiritual life. Each week you will learn something new and in attending these group meditation sessions, you will surely find a spiritual group of beings to accompany you on your journey and play an important role in your transformation.
