The Personal Training Institute in Plainview has invited us to take part in a day of free personal training and nutrition consultation!
This is your chance to meet with the people at PTI, and jump start your fitness goals. You'll get a free HOUR with their personal trainers and nutritionist! The best part is that anybody who shows up and decides to stick with the program will get 10% off their first month! There are no contracts to sign and each session is only 25$!
There are 7 available sessions, when you RSVP for this event, please mention which session you'd like to be signed up for. I'll be updating the event to let you know what times are available.

I don't remember the first couple of sessions being that hard, but you should eat an apple before you go, and make sure to drink plenty of water.
I'll be sure to tell them you didn't think it was hard reeves. Maybe your next few will make up for it. Haha.
Please... I haven't been able to walk the last week and a half... I don't think they can make it any harder unless they somehow increase the force of gravity.

Trying to work in exercise in advance so I don't embarrass myself too much. :-)
Something popped up I *have* to do and it would probably make me anywhere from a few minutes to 20 minutes late for my session so rather than be rude or throw off the schedule, I'll open it up for someone else.
Please move me into that open spot if possible. It's a much easier time for me.
I gotta give up my spot too, no one home to watch the kids until 6pm. So whatever spot I had is open too.

Oh man this is crazy, I can't make mine either; I made plans with my Aunt a month ago and completely forgot about them. I can't make the earlier ones either, 'cuz then I'd be too worn out for JKD at 11:30.
If you went from 8 to 9, Austin, you wouldn't have any problems with JKD.
My dad said he'd be interested in doing this if that's alright... the 10am one is probably preferred.
You guys are lame! Dont quit before you even get started! The hardest part about getting in shape is making the effort. Think of it as an investment in your life, what is more important than that?

I ended up getting some stomach virus yesterday, so doing anything is out of the question atm.
Well, it could have just been because my dad didn't make it clear as to why he was there, but apparently they checked his BMI, described the program and the pricing structure then sent him on his way. No personal trainer or nutritionist session. *shrug*
