The 4th Annual Run Your Can Off!

Details here:  http://runyourcanoff.blogspot.com

This web page has now been updated for 2013!

Last year, we had 170 runners and amassed 2 1/2  truck loads full of donations for the Winooski Food Shelf.

Hopefully the weather will cooperate again.  Any and all runners, volunteers, suggestions welcome.  Spread the word!

We are also on Facebook.. like our page!   Run Your Can Off

Note that there is also an Alaska version.. for those of us in Alaska!!  Greg Veltcamp the originator of this very cool event is currently living in Alaska.

So impressed by those who ran more than 20, more than 26, even 33 miles!

Hi Jenn I won't be able to make it today as I am flat on my back and on all kinds of drugs for a pinched nerve in the C5/C6 region of my neck.

Thanks for organizing this event. Seeing how smoothly the event ran, it's easy to see why you're the one in charge. Monty and I thoroughly enjoyed "the" running social event of the fall season!

Overflow parking: Please consider parking at St. Mikes if you are coming to RYCO tomorrow! We have been given permission to park in the lots to the left of the Tarrant Sports center.. where the old basketball hoops are. This lot is a short walk from the RYCO starting location. See the map for how to walk to the event. There is an opening in the fence onto the trail.
