Introduction
I work in the museum field professionally and dabble mostly in found art collages/assemblages
and origami. I look forward to attending art related events with the group and learning from those who are artists!
What kind of Art Meetup events would you like to see us facilitate? (ex. museum outings - art openings - workshops - etc.)
I would love to go on museum outings, attend art openings, participate in workshops through LA Art Meetup, or even just gather at a cafe and discuss art and the art world!

Which artist(s) inspire you?
Joseph Cornell is one of my absolute favorites. I also love Chagall, Magritte, Van Gogh, Olafur Eliasson, Monet, Rembrandt...the list goes on.
Are you an artist? If so, what type of art do you create?
I am not so much an artist as a dabbler. And I tend to dabble in more folk art/craft sort of ways. I make cards and lately have been exploring collages, assemblages and found art. Mostly though I am a museum professional.
Which part of the "art world" interests you? (ex. museums, contemporary art, sculptures, antiques, jewelry, etc.)
I love museums; that's why I work in/with them. But oddly enough, I don't visit them as much as I should! I love ethnographic art, medieval art, contemporary mixed media/collage/assemblage art.
