SO many. Andy Warhol, Jackson Pollock, Jean Michel. I think LA is the new NY art scene.

picnic or potluck meet and greet with open mic so people can get comfortable while showing off their skills it's warm out so even an outdoor venue could be good, if its a small group i can host just a networking style kick back
