The iconic Walt Disney Hall is celebrating its 10th Anniversary and Los Angeles Free Concerts invites you to a live outdoor simulcast of the Disney Hall concert at Grand Park. Performing side-by-side for the first time, the Los Angeles Philharmonic and YOLA (Youth Orchestra Los Angeles) will be conducted by Gustavo Dudamel. This unique concert also features legendary pianist Herbie Hancock and other special guests. We will have one of our famous Picnic Meet & Greets before the concert. You are also welcome to join us after the concert for a Cocktail Party Meet & Greet at posh Noe Lounge, just a couple blocks away. RSVP here.
In October 2003, Walt Disney Concert Hall burst upon the scene as an architectural masterpiece and acoustical marvel, forever changing the musical landscape of Los Angeles. In this extraordinary space, where your experience of live music has become richer, more powerful and infinitely more involving, the Los Angeles Philharmonic has soared to new heights. The music of our time is heard without compromise; the classics become new with unexpected detail. Now, a decade on, we celebrate this iconic Hall for continuing to nurture us with incomparable and unforgettable musical experiences.

PICNIC MEET & GREET
The best part of attending a concert in the park is the picnic. This is where you'll make new friends and say "Hi" to old ones. A great way to meet someone is to offer them something! So... bring something to share! Either a refreshing beverage or some finger eats such as charcuterie, salumi, cheeses, fresh produce such as grapes, dried fruits such as dates or nuts, olives, bread--foods that are easy to eat without utensils. Bring a low profile beach chair (not a lawn chair), jacket and a flashlight.
