There will be a Free Concerts Meet Up sign at the door and a table or two reserved for the group near the stage. Music 6-8pm. Cash bar and ATM in the bar. $3 drink specials until 8pm. Food can be brought in for the show. Cafe Tropicale next door has cuban sandwiches and Silverlake Ramen is across the street.
Balogh, a Los Angeles native, has composed and orchestrated music for motion pictures, television shows and video games. Andrew works with various mainstream recording artists, having recently competed horn and string arrangements for Michael Buble and Mary J. Blige. Andrew is Co-Composer with Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Rihanna on the song, Run This Town, which went on to receive double platinum certification and two Grammy awards.

Opening the night will be music for flute and electronics performed by Classical Revolution: L.A. director, Sarah Robinson. Sarah is flutist for Helix Collective, a "proudly classical band of kick-ass outsider virtuosi." (Muse's Muse) The set will include A Moment for Elliott Smith, a memorial piece for the singer-songwriter by Caleb Burhans, a California native who has been integral in the NYC indie-classical scene. Sarah will be joined by guest cellist Michelle Elliott.

Classical Revolution: L.A. presents chamber music in relaxed, accessible venues throughout the greater Los Angeles area. The group makes "chamber music cozy comfy in bars, clubs, coffee shops" and more "unexpected hangouts." (LA Weekly) Mark Swed of the L.A. Times called it an "addictive new series," that can make chamber music "startlingly subversive." Classical Revolution was founded in 2006 at the Revolution Cafe in San Francisco. The Classical Revolution model has spread around the world, with over 30 active chapters in cities around the US, Canada and Europe.
