Experience alternative sets from Steve and Tomoki, featuring selective material from back in the day alongside their own take on future classics, in an intimate surrounding!

We welcome Tomoki Tamura playing his second SPACEBASE set. By way of introduction, Tomoki's Dj career kicked off in his native Japan where he held residencies at some of the nations' top clubs, playing alongside international DJs such as Derrick May, Lil'louis, Timmy Regisford, Joe Claussell, Danny Krivit, Blaze, Larry Heard, Daniel Wang, Kerri Chandler, Jerome Sydenham, Ron Trent and Osunlade, to name but a few. Tomoki's mix sessions for the radio stations Shibuya FM and Osaka Cable cemented his reputation as one of the top young DJ's on Japan's underground house scene culminating in a series of mix albums 'The Groove Café Series'. Resident in London since 2004 his active dj sets have been heard in venues across the capital, most recently at his own nights 'Holic' and 'Geisha Disco' Tomoki's trademark fusion of deep, tech, electro, minimal and soulful influences has won him many admirers both here and throughout Europe. 2008 was the year of Tomoki's debut release "Yurikamome", followed in July by the Tomoki&nono"Voices&3year out on Four:Twenty records, which reach No1 on the deep house chart of beatport. Furthermore Tomoki has recently signed with Satoshii Tomiie's SAW recordings, the next release is imminent.
