"If you want, you can bring some cut up veggies and a quart mason jar with a lid to June's potluck.
I will demonstrate how to start this fermenting process, and you will have a jar of fermenting goodness to take home with you and eat in a few days! So, so easy and I look forward to it!
Just about any veggies are okay to do, but I've heard that red peppers get slimy, so you might want to skip those this time!
I'm going to try them later and will let you know how it goes! Right now, I'm just enjoying eating them raw! :)" - Jackie
