Raw Food Potluck PLUS...How To Stay On Track During The Holidays

Holiday time is here!  Do you have your strategies in place for staying relaxed and healthy this year?

Come join us and bring your #1 tip that helps you stay on track during the holidays and learn from the rest of this genuinely helpful group!

Don't have a favorite strategy?  Come with your biggest challenge and get some ideas and suggestions to help you overcome it!

Remember also to bring a raw plant based dish (enough for 6 people) and a place setting if you can to cut down on trash.

The event, as always, is from 6 to 8pm at Preservation Station in downtown Jeffersonville.

The building is in an alley between Spring and Pearl Streets.  Use the map below for best directions.

okay, just so you know you can change your rsvp too, by clicking on the green area to the right above all the names of people who are attending this meetup. It says "your rsvp: yes" and you can click on "change rsvp" and it will bring up the option to include a guest. See you tomorrow, r:)
