chris, this is about the comment from the woman who said she couldn't keep up. In another group the leader is a really slow walker so the slower ones go with her and the faster ones go with another person so both leaders know the trails. A different hiking group stops halfway up or at the top of steep inclines so the less able ones can catch their breath. This might be what people visualize when they see the word Stroll. I know I did. Hope this helps with beginners etc.
