If you could visit just 1 place, where would it be?

Well, I'm going to read '1 place' as '1 country' and pick Japan. Firstly, I love Japanese food, and food is a huge part of my enjoyment of travelling. Secondly, it's a place of such diversity, old and new juxtapositioned against each other. Thirdly, I think I'd feel quite out of my comfort zone, culturally, and that can only be a good thing, right?

Yes, I'm one of 'those' people; an Australian living in London. I've been here for over 20 years, and still love the access to Europe this City allows me. Have terrible Wanderlust at the moment and spend most of my day fantastising about it.
