Youth Program: Bird Study (preK/elementary)

SHL has partnered with Charleston County Parks and Recreation to put together a themed set of programs for the year. This is the second of four programs in this Natural History of the Lowcountry series.

Kids will investigate learn all about birds through a combination of activities with bird parts and artifacts, migration map study, and field observation.

Where: Cawcaw Interpretive Center

When: Saturday, 11/9; 1-2:30pm for preK/elementary, 3-4:30pm for middle/high

Cost: $5/child

Space is limited, RSVPs are required: [masked]

Please note that, due to space limitations, this program is for the children only.  Children 5 years old and younger need an accompanying parent.  Parents do not need to pay admission and are welcome to enjoy the park while their child(ren) attend the program.
