While this is true, individual walkers get to choose were the money they raise go. Please be assured that I will not be sending the money that I raise to a religious organization.

I personally do not think the ends justify the means in this case.
Foodshare gives food to religious organizations for distribution, which
gives those organizations a veneer of goodness they do not deserve IMHO.
