RECALL RHONDA FIELDS--Meeting 8/13 May Library--1471 S. Parker Rd

Join us Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at the Eloise May Library to discuss RECALLING State House Representative Rhonda Fields. The Bill of Rights Defense Fund (BORDF) is an issue committee, registered with the State of Colorado, created to recall Colorado State Representative Rhonda Fields.

A recall election on Rhonda Fields is a reality for only 5, 591 signatures. The business plan proposed to unseat Ms. Fields from her seat in the Colorado House of Representatives is on our web site.

=>**This recall plan focuses on OUTSOURCING the petition circulation, so there is no anxiety over cold-calling our cause door-to-door. **

In April of 2013 it was decided that the 'Recall Rhonda' effort would suspend meetings, and observe how the then active petitions unfolded. Many of the activists on the Front Range focused on Morse, Giron, and Hudak, so adding another effort would have strained success.

There was a need to wait until the legislative session had ended too. One of the main arguments against Fields' leadership is that she took revenge for her personal loss out on law-abiding gun-owning citizens. She has written no anti-organized crime legislation.

The efforts of motivated citizens have yielded two recall elections in Colorado. This has been a much-needed victory for the firearm culture. Although countless philosophical-allies insisted recall efforts were a 'waste of time,' or even 'dangerous,' using the statues of the Colorado Constitution proves that when the citizens' voices are ignored, the legal process can get results!

The Bill of Rights Defense Fund is capable of recalling more than one member of congress. However, BORDF should first determine if the Honorable Ms. Fields should be next to go before her constituents in a recall ballot for her shortsighted, Bloomberg-styled gun control measures.

As an issue committee with the State of Colorado, BORDF can, and is currently taking donations. There are also Facebook, Meetup, and Twitter accounts, as well as several web sites set up to facilitate accomplishing this recall election.  http://www.bordf.org

Please join us on:

Tuesday, April 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the Eloise May Library, 1471 South Parker Road, Denver, CO 80231

We will determine whether this recall effort should go forward.  Remember, Rhonda Fields stated at The Cell & Denver Post debate on February 19, 2013, at the Denver Performing Arts Complex her 'next step' would be to write legislation that requires 'all guns in homes be locked up at all times.'

We must stop Rhonda Fields!
