Denver PrideFest-World's Smallest Political Quiz-SATURDAY

Volunteer Saturday or Sunday!  Help The LP Woo Its Socially-Liberal Side!!!  In the comments, please let us know the shift(s) for which you would like to volunteer.

The Libertarian Party of Colorado and the LP of Arapahoe County will be sharing booths C14 and C15, near the corner of Colfax and Bannock in Civic Center Park.  A map is available here.

Please join us for outreach at one of the largest events on the Front Range calendar.

Work the Libertarian booth and administer the World Smallest Political Quiz (WSPQ).

Help set up the booth on Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m., work for a few hours during the day, or spend the early evening at the booth administering the World's Smallest Political Quiz.

Use this page to RSVP for activism on Saturday.

RSVP to work the booth on Sunday: http://www.meetup.com/lpcolorado/events/179886352/

A basic tenet of Libertarianism is that a citizen can live their life as they choose, as long as their actions do not infringe on someone else's liberty.

Same-sex unions have not only been frowned upon for generations, in many states being homosexual was illegal. It didn't matter if people were consenting adults. Homosexuals have been accused of a hazy type of wrong-doing, when they were just exercising their right to life and liberty, while not trampling on anyone else's right to pursue happiness.

PrideFest is a commemorative celebration, of the stand patrons of a gay bar took against a police raid in Greenwich Village in 1969. The raid on the bar spurred riots, and is believed to be the event that launched the modern gay rights movement.

Denver's PrideFest is the fourth largest gay pride event in the United States. If you have never attended this festival, be prepared to see hundreds of thousands of pro-GLBT citizens.
