The Libertarian Parties of Southern Indiana are hosting an Operation Politically Homeless booth at the Harrison County Fair in Corydon, IN. The fair begins on Monday, July 15 and is open each evening through Saturday, July 20. The booth will be located in the Merchants Building and will operate each evening from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM.
We will be giving festival goers the World's Smallest Political Quiz and posting their quiz result on a large quiz chart. We will be handing out Libertarian Party and other freedom-related literature. We will give out balloons that say "Vote Libertarian" on them. We will answer any questions about the party and libertarianism in general.
And most importantly for 2013 we will be promoting the LPIN and why we are the better alternative than either of the bigger two political parties. Our goal is to identify others who are libertarian and invite them to our other meetups and functions.
The fair is located at the Harrison County Fairgrounds immediately south of the town square in downtown Corydon. The fair website is at:
The Harrison County Fair is a fun event for families and visitors. Volunteers who help out at the booth will receive a vendors pass for free admission. Come and join us!
