    This looks great with the crop...your eyes are led straight to the hand, great texture on the skin. Good stuff.

    Thanks Steve... funny how I find myself drawn to include the entire person.. where the more abstract shot has greater impact... you live and learn I guess... Also... when out and about with your camera on 'auto iso' make sure that the base ISO value is not set to 1000... Doh! :-)

    I love this picture. The lines of books, the hand of the old man and the black and white go so well together. It gives me a strong feeling but I don't know what. I just keep looking at it!
