Using the Business Model Canvas

  • Nov 22, 2010 · 7:00 PM
  • First Flight Venture Center

The Business Model Canvas is a simple and thorough way to document your current business model hypotheses and it provides a great set of tools for exploring impacts from modifications and pivots.

This workshop will be a hands-on exploration of how you can use the Business Model Canvas and a few modifications to document, visualize, and iterate your business model.

In the workshop we will:

  • Provide an introduction to the concept of the Business Model Canvas
  • Explore examples of the canvas and how it can involve over time
  • Provide an opportunity for you to create your own Business Model Canvas
  • Explore how the canvas can help you think through pivots and impacts based on new learnings
