I haven't been here before. I'm not a huge fan of having lots of pizza, but I do like it occasionally. This place was recommended by a member. Other than the Sicilian pizza pie receipt handed down from generations past, Stefano’s secret is in the ingredients. The sauce and dough are made fresh daily and each pie is expertly hand-tossed, the East Coast way. Only the freshest ingredients are used at all Stefano’s locations. Fresh herbs and veggies are hand selected from local farmer’s markets. They are kept fresh with care and cleaning. Day-old items are thrown away and each day starts anew. Stefano’s New York style selection of pizza’s vary from your basic Basil and mozzarella cheese pizza to a medley of multi topping pizzas, including fetta and greek olive, fresh tomatos and red onions, Italian sausage and Canadian bacon combos and anything you can dream up! Stefano’s also serves gourmet pizzas, stuffed pizzas, calzones, hot and cold sandwiches, and a variety of fresh salads and pastas.
