Interview Hacking

Get to know your customers and track the results.

After creating a persona the next step is testing your assumptions. Unfortunately, coordinating interviews and managing feedback is often a nightmare.

We will discuss crafting a hypothesis, formulating experiments and gathering research in meaningful ways. And introduce customer development tools, tips and tricks from the trenches.

If you have already created a persona please bring it. If not, just bring you.

There was a scarf left at the Mutual Mobile office last night after the event. If it's your's please message me or stop by the Mutual Mobile office during normal businesses hours. Our receptionist should be able to help you out.

Excellent job. Always good to see UX in practice, rather than simply talking theory. Thanks for sharing your process.

fantastic. Travis knows his stuff and presented it with an open format, and a humble attitude. Very cool.

Great talk from a guy who knows the ropes when it comes to designing, running, and making sense of remote user interviews.

If you have trouble locating parking near Mutual Mobile's office, you are welcome to park in the building's parking garage located off of San Jacinto between 9th and 10th street (Capitol City Tower). Parking tokens will be available at the event.

If you park in the garage on any floor below level 9, you will need to take the elevator to the ground floor and then use the main elevators located in the lobby to reach Mutual Mobile's office on the 14th floor.

If you park on level 9 or above, simply take the parking garage elevators to Mutual Mobile's office on the 14th floor.

Hey y'all - we are already starting to run low on tokens. If you are able to find street parking, please do. Once we run out of tokens the garage parking cost is $10! Our apologies.
