The multi-Freddy Award-winning Freedom High School Theatre Company is presenting the musical Urinetown on Sunday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m. Following the musical, we will be going to TGIFridays for dinner. Please read all of the information below prior to reserving or sending questions.
Information about the Musical:
Who would want to name a musical "Urinetown?" Who knows?! This multi-Tony Award-winning show is an uproariously funny, family-friendly musical that parodies countless Broadway favorites. Urinetown is a hilarious tale of greed, corruption, love, and revolution in a time when water is worth its weight in gold. Although the title may give pause, the show is considered one of the most witty and original theatrical pieces of the past twenty years.
You can feel free to come to both events or only one. Please note in your reservation (RSVP) your preference.
If you are planning to attend the musical, it is $10 in advance, so seats can be reserved together. Money for tickets needs to be submitted by Sunday, October 21. The FHSTC's shows sell out quickly, so it is imperative that reservations are made as quickly as possible. I will send my address to those who reserve for tickets (you can send via mail or drop off at my house). Note: Once tickets are purchased, which will be on Monday, October 22, there will be no refund.
After the show, we will travel to TGIFridays at the Southmont Mall on Freemansburg Avenue. Since dinner reservations there cannot be booked ahead of time, we will call ahead when the show is over. Therefore, I will need to know if you plan to come to dinner, but not the show, so I can include you in the count.
