Introduction
I need to immerse myself in a more creative environment to keep my writing synapses firing. Also, I look forward to constructive critique from my peers to help me hone my skills.

Would you like to help organize group events? Do you have any particular ideas? In what kind of environments would you like to meetup with other area writers?
I like coffee houses, lounges, etc. Anyplace where we are being productive is fine with me.
What else can you do? e.g.: teaching, illustration, calligraphy, photography, indexing, research, cover design, editing, proofreading, catering, etc.?
My gift is in writing. That's pretty much it.
Have you been published, are you self-published or are you hoping to get published? What type(s) of writing, or aspects of writing are you mainly interested in? Are you interested in collaborative projects?
I had my Poems in a printed collection from Poetry.com. I love most genres and tend to write from inspiration and leave the classifications to the professionals.
How did you hear about the us? What do you most hope to gain from your participation in this group?
I did an google search to find your group and I just want to find like minded writters with passion who can help me write better and who I can help become better.

I'm working on a travel novel about the year I spent living in South Korea. It's coming along slowly but surely. I've gotten some great feedback from the group and I think you will, too. Don't worry about it if you're still in draft phase- we like it raw!

That's a pretty interesting website! It's funny because my brain needs those types of physical diagrams to process my thoughts before I can even begin writing. Without a clear path of where my plot is heading I lose my forward momentum and my story becomes boring. You'd laugh if you saw my notes and diagrams and color coded system! Sadly, I change it around a ton.
I'm planning on coming this Sat. Its great that you are moving forward so well. It will be nice to see how you are progressing! -
Coming along slowly... haha I'm making some plot changes and trying to map it all out before I get too much further but i brought a small chapter last week to read. How about yours?

Well, that's a heck of a note you're not going to be in town then!! LOL. I just found out about this site/group a couple days ago and am trying to get a couple friends talked into coming down. Not sure if we can make next weekend or not. Hopefully we will get there sometime. Sounds like a lot of fun. Nothing happening like that around here!
