Introduction

I am interested in sharing my poetry as well as critiquing others. I am also interested in going places for inspiration in this valley.

How can we find your personal web site, blog, FaceBook, Twitter...?

I have a blog at nanzar.blogspot but I haven't been keeping it up to date.

Would you like to help organize group events? Do you have any particular ideas? In what kind of environments would you like to meetup with other area writers?

I would not like to organize at this time but maybe later as I get to know how it works.

What else can you do? e.g.: teaching, illustration, calligraphy, photography, indexing, research, cover design, editing, proofreading, catering, etc.?

I was a freelance journalist for just over 2 years so I have some editing skills. I have been a member of an online poetry critique site for about 5 years so I have developed a good ear for poetry, especially beginning writers.

Have you been published, are you self-published or are you hoping to get published? What type(s) of writing, or aspects of writing are you mainly interested in? Are you interested in collaborative projects?

A few of my poems have been published on the web. I would be interested in other kinds of publishing as long as they are fair and legitimate.

How did you hear about the us? What do you most hope to gain from your participation in this group?

Meetups sent my weekly meet-ups. I realized they had the wrong address for me and started looking around.

Thanks, Nancy, for leading this band of Accomplished Poets and Artists into the Light! Due to the bad weather I was called to work and unfortunately missed everyone at the Word Wednesday celebrations this month. And I do mean I MISSED everyone! It's already on my calendar for next month.
